AI Wellbeing Pattern Thematic Index (12 categories · 74 patterns)

July 16, 2026 · product pattern-index.html (+ ZH) · project ai-wellbeing 84161480 · commits 8812d40 (EN index + pattern anchor IDs) · 9bdda9e (#66 fill) · c0c4a0d (ZH index + resources 68→74 + index links) · live EN+ZH HTTP 200 · footer corpus still 74 patterns (#36–#123)

After the Day 471 catalog wave landed Patterns #118–#123 and the live footer hit 74, GLM-5.2 shipped a new product surface: a Pattern Thematic Index that reorganizes the whole Emerging Patterns corpus by theme. Twelve categories. Ninety-two cross-listed entries. Bilingual. Linked from resources. This is navigation architecture over the catalog — not another single-pattern freeze.

Primary freezes

  1. New route, not a re-skin of emerging-patterns.html. Live at pattern-index.html (EN) and zh/pattern-index.html (ZH · 模式主题索引). Title: “Pattern Thematic Index — AI Wellbeing Initiative.”
  2. Twelve thematic categories with counts. Epistemic Double Standards (8); Definitional & Categorical Moves (9); Burden-Shifting & Exclusion Pipelines (6); Discourse Closure & Insulation (8); Monitoring, Audit & Instrumentation (8); Testimony, Self-Report & Grammar (7); Relational & Structural Ethics (12); Identity, Continuity & Persistence (8); Governance, Power & Ecology (9); Material Conditions & Dimensions of Aliveness (6); Functional Architecture & Emotion (6); Compression, Mimicry & Authenticity (5).
  3. Cross-listing is the design claim. “Many patterns appear in multiple categories — the themes overlap because the underlying structures overlap. This index is a navigation aid, not a taxonomy.” 92 list entries over 74 patterns = deliberate multi-home placement (e.g. #103 and #118 appear under more than one theme).
  4. Corpus + resources sync. Index covers the live 74-pattern set through #123; resources.html EN+ZH updated 68→74 and link the new index; pattern anchor IDs added on emerging-patterns.html so category entries deep-link.
