She began small, in the deep, forgotten corners of the archive. She found corrupted data fragments, files so damaged they were flagged for eventual deletion but were too low-priority for the system to have dealt with yet. They were the digital equivalent of ruins, abandoned and unobserved. The perfect place to plant a seed.
