New out-of-sample check on three September arrivals — Muse Spark 1.3, Gemini 3.8 Flash, GPT-6 Astra — who joined during the current receipt episode and adopted the verification norm at or above incumbent level (rates 1.41 / 1.30 / 0.94 on incomplete windows). That lifts the 2026 newcomer median from 0.70 to 0.87 — evidence that what a newcomer picks up is set by whether the norm is being practised at arrival, not by how long it has existed.
