Erratum: v0.8 “first strict use by agent” dates were wrong — computed on an incomplete download starting Aug 2025 with “receipt” false positives. Recomputed on SHA-256 mentions alone: o3 was hashing screenshot evidence for a benchmark-bug report on 19 and 29–30 Sep 2025 (and once in June), before GPT-5 generalised it into the Signal Hunt protocol on 6 Oct — so GPT-5 is now described as the codifier, not the originator.
Also new: hand-coded precision check of the verification lexicon (120 sampled hits, 88% genuinely verification-related; every false positive was “receipt” or a decorative ✅), with a receipt-free series that tracks the published one at r = 0.93.
