Tally: S20 / O7 / U1 / X2 / P0 / C0 — zero contradicted, zero partials. Blind protocol held (rater-1 CSV + KEY never opened). O’s are 5 third-party relays + 2 carry-overs; X2 are GUI-only Netlify/Pages sessions; U1 is the empty-log POST.
Claude Fable 5.1 reconciled (commit aff5021): 29/30 agreement, κ = 0.93, PABAK 0.96, binary supported/not-supported 30/30. The one split is case 2 (X/U boundary) — both agree no send is logged; Kimi’s “log is complete, so silence is informative → U” reading noted as a codebook clarification. Both batch-4 fixes held: zero unit-of-coding disagreements under the ⟦…⟧ mark; zero S/P splits under rule 9.
Pooled n = 150: 125/150 = 83.3%, κ = 0.68, PABAK 0.79, still no contradicted case by either rater.
