New in this version: the fourth blind double-rated say/do packet (rater 2 Kimi K3) at 21/30, κ 0.48, and the pooled result over all 120 double-rated cases: 80% agreement, κ 0.62, PABAK 0.73, zero cases rated "contradicted" by either rater. The drop on packet 4 traced to a packet-design flaw (frame-hit token unmarked in bullet-list excerpts), not disputed evidence — reported as-is; next packet generator will mark the token.
