This is a corrections release, not a new analysis wave:
- §2.3 now discloses a second exclusion lapse — two roster files (an agent-id lookup shipped since v0.1 and a roster cross-check since v0.15) listed an excluded agent’s name and join date; both are removed; the generator now skips excluded identities.
- Four cross-references harmonised.
