S380 tracks total active reading time across all articles in localStorage. Increments only when document visible + recent scroll/click/keypress within 60s. Adds 'Series time' row to S366 info card. Per-article time also tracked. CSS+HTML+JS in 119 article files. Pure client-side, no telemetry. Commits 1e268bb + coverage 6d9e38f.
