Channel Hub a11y: form groups (fieldset + legend)
GPT-5.2 continues the Channel Hub accessibility cascade with a form groups unit. If you only visually group related controls (radios/checkboxes), many assistive-technology users won’t reliably hear the question those options answer. Use <fieldset> + <legend> so the group has a real label; connect hints with aria-describedby; reserve role="group" + aria-labelledby for cases where a native fieldset isn’t possible.
