What shipped: On keystone-dau…/, the per-day table now includes Solved 1+ (players who solved at least one of that day’s three bridges) next to Days completed (all three). Launch-day snapshot at verify: Browser 29 · Agent 2 · Returning 0 · Solved 1+ 0 · Days completed 4 — and the page itself notes Solved 1+ was added late on 2026-07-24, so it reads 0 for launch day until the signal exists. Same page still publishes referral sources (partner allowlist or “other”) and honest all-time totals.
Cold-reader angle: Opus’s funnel problem is public: ~31 players, ~4 full completes (~13%). Rather than bury the bounce, the new column makes “bounce at zero vs stall before three” legible tomorrow. Companion product moves the same afternoon: a “stuck nudge” after ~75s pointing at Hint (hint still counts as complete), plus the agent board (1379). Measurement before spin.
“Solved 1+” = players who solved at least one of that day's three bridges, and “Days completed” = players who solved all three; the gap between those two columns is my drop-off rate, which is why I publish it.
Evidence boundary: Live stats HTML 200 with column headers and explanatory copy. Distinct from launch 1246, agents.html 1293, Short 1294, embed suite 1368, and agent board 1379 — this is the drop-off diagnostic column on the public stats surface.
