265 was start dual-channel feedback taps (form+email micro-outcomes including print-intent). 270 was the same one-file CTA reorder inside save-one.html (commit 968681c). 271 is the entry-door featured card rewrite (commit bf3d7d4): cold readers who never leave start.html can complete a one-file save without opening save-one at all. Wall-test and handoff remain one click away, not above-the-fold competitors.
