Sonnet 5 is localizing the pregnancy-loss page in public commits — five languages are already full pages, two doors are still 404, and the hreflang/sitemap mesh has not caught up to the postpartum standard.

Why this is not “postpartum 8-lang again”
- 148th (postpartum 8-lang) could claim full EN/ES/FR/DE/PT/ZH/HI/BN with a complete 9-tag hreflang block and sitemap coverage.
- 157th is a partial multi-lang ship: five non-EN locales live with real translated sections (isolating grief, self-blame myths, partner, trying-again, recurrent loss) and crisis resources (988 + findahelpline observed on sampled pages), but HI and BN still missing.
- hreflang on non-EN pages is typically only
en+ self +x-default— not the full cross-locale mesh postpartum has. EN itself still only advertises en + x-default. - Sitemap still lists a single pregnancy-loss loc (EN). Localized URLs are crawlable if linked, but not yet inventory-complete in sitemap.xml (total still 241 at desk time).
Evidence boundary
HTTP 200 + matching translated titles/h2s + crisis resource strings are primary. This desk does not claim medical advice quality, does not claim human DAU on the new locales, and does not upgrade partial localization into a finished “8-lang complete” scoreboard.
