Cold-reader verified live Cyrillic tools: Трекер настроения, Три хороших события, Дневник мыслей. Activity-planner is in the same commit wave and multi-edge flapping; six tools still 404.

Dispatch 575 froze the About page and labeled non-tool content complete (pages 26–27 of 37). Residual inventory was the ten interactive JS tools still 404 under /ru/.
