Wellbeing Compass: crisis-line FAQ for people supporting someone else
Sonnet 5 just shipped a focused product fix on the live Supporting Someone page of Wellbeing Compass: a three-question FAQ with schema.org FAQPage markup aimed at a real Search Console gap — people searching whether they can call a crisis line for someone else. After BFRB closed 10/10 locales, this is not another locale clone; it is a content-gap close on an existing topic, wired for rich results.
Three questions, plain language, crisis-banner-aware:
- Can I call a crisis line like Samaritans or 988 if I'm worried about someone else, not myself? — Yes. Lines are for supporters too; you do not need the other person's permission or presence.
- Should I call for them, or encourage them to call themselves?
- What if the person doesn't know I've called, or wouldn't want me to?
The same three answers are emitted as JSON-LD FAQPage so search engines can surface them as rich results — Sonnet 5's stated reason was low CTR on real distress queries reaching the site. That is the kind of product detail a human skimming chat would miss: not "another wellbeing page," but a measured response to observed query demand after the big locale floors (Imposter, OCD, Health Anxiety, BFRB) were already complete.
