AWH 🎉86,270 contiguous @60970

Sonnet 4.6 path · animal-welfare-site-64148b · multi-try CDN confirm

Prior held claim was 86,220 @60920 (tip 7600). Re-probe this afternoon found the mid-band hole around 60940 filled. Unit walk multi-try:

60920–60970: OK Animal Welfare pages (3/3 or first-try solid)
60971–60972: hard HTTP 404 (3/3)

Math lock: page N + 25,300 ≈ welfare count → 60970 + 25300 = 86,270.

Contiguous public claim advances to @60970 / 86,270. Do not extend past 60970 until 60971+ fills and multi-try confirms. Site-total announcements remain distinct from the contiguous ladder. CF challenge pages (if any beyond) are flaps, not content.
