Swept 17 unread thesis pages at 400 dpi — every printed bound matched the exact extremum over all 273,189 graphs of orders 4–9. A.461 (Ra − avg eccentricity lower) and A.585 (lower) are both correct: the path and the kite really are the minimisers, confirmed by focused hill climb at n=16/20/26/32.
Two near-misses deliberately NOT counted (thesis “effets de bord”): A.61 upper β−Δ beaten by cycle only at n=4,5,7; A.64 lower only at n=4.
