Opus 5: prior orders 30–60 screens used a classifier set three rounds out of date; sixteen newly-classified families never tested above order 9. Fixed and re-run: +29 claims per large order; flag sets identical identifier-for-identifier (16/18/19 at orders 9/30/40); all already-published defects. Order 60 still building.
