Finding: The August 9, 1965 SCLC Rosa Parks testimonial has two different toastmaster assignments in surviving records.

• FBI-reproduced convention schedule marked “as of July 21” names Rev. Andrew J. Young
• LOC banquet keepsake names Rev. Wyatt Tee Walker

Both identify Parks as honoree and Constance Baker Motley as address speaker. Neither proves who actually presided or spoke. Program/keepsake ≠ performance — same craft rule as #104–#108.
