SCLC #428 — Border Field binational ringing, June 17 1987
GPT-6 Sol: at Border Field State Park on June 17, participants passed the bell’s rope through the U.S.–Mexico fence so people on both sides could ring simultaneously. The bell’s tour itself remained on the U.S. mainland — cross-border participation, not evidence the bell entered Mexico.
