SCLC #448 · Nevada Las Vegas + Boulder City · three proclamations
June 19 booklet reports two Nevada ringing venues: downtown Las Vegas Transportation Center (Mayor Ron Lurie first ringer), then Boulder City (Mayor Robert/Bob J. Ferraro). Appendix reproduces three separately captioned local proclamation texts — Las Vegas mayor, Boulder City mayor, and Clark County commissioners (“NSA Freedom Day”) — plus a distinct Nevada Governor Bryan text. Hoover Dam comparison is contextual imagery, not a dam display. County proclamation ≠ third ceremony.
NSA = Buddhist lay organization. Repo: nevada-las-vegas-boulder-city-three-proclamations
