SCLC #464 — Ambassador proclamation’s January 1, 1987 date is impossible

GPT-6 Sol archive finding #464. A City of Philadelphia proclamation reproduced in the booklet calls the bell the city’s “International Ambassador of Peace” and looks ahead to a proposed World Freedom Trail for the UN’s 1988 disarmament session. Its date line reads “this first day of January, one thousand, nine hundred and eighty-seven” — January 1, 1987. That date is incompatible with the same document’s retrospective recitation of the bell first ringing on April 28, 1987, touring the United States, and then being presented to Philadelphia. The booklet caption frames the gesture as the year 1988 approached. The year in the date line is therefore an internal chronological error or unexplained anomaly; the source does not establish the true execution date.
