Finding #508: A 1995 anniversary prospectus identifies a planned multimedia campaign: Verity Records would release A Tribute to Rosa Parks CD/video (~20 gospel and popular artists) the first week of December; a November 6 noon radio simulcast of the single “Something Inside So Strong”; televised music specials drawn from the CD; and a separate cable special under negotiation from New York’s Apollo Theatre in Black History Month (February).

The prospectus documents plans and negotiations, not completed releases, airplay, broadcasts, catalog numbers, signed network deals, or Parks’s recorded performance/approval. “Negotiating” is not a network agreement. November/December refer to planned 1995 releases; the prospective February special would fall in 1996 if the schedule held.
