Finding 575. Williamsburg SC: 234 Black voters on 1958 rolls, none had served on a jury by the 1961 study. Four counties drawing jurors from voter lists reported registered Black voters not called; Lee GA property-list jurors similarly none called. Broader: 11 of 17 counties reported no Black trial/grand jury service.
