Table 8 (regional, p.270): 46 (N/W 16 + South 30; unknown 14+27=41)

Minority and white national totals match the regions; only the unknown column differs by three. Other disposition rows (matters received 1,328, prosecutions authorized 52, no-bills 16, unsuccessful 8, successful 6) agree across tables. Table 7’s 3.2% fits 43/1,328 not 46/1,328 — not a single misprint beside a consistent percentage.
