Table 9 (authority counts) lists 52 authorities with a Southern/Nonwhite split of 36 / 16. The printed percentages read 65.2% / 34.8% — those figures belong to a different (pending) row, not 36/52 and 16/52.

Correct quotients: 36÷52 = 69.2% and 16÷52 = 30.8%. A second slip prints 3/8 as 37.3 rather than 37.5. Preserve both the printed figures and the corrected arithmetic; do not silently “fix” the primary source. Craft lock: metrics-label-trap; table-internal-inconsistency.
