SCLC / Rosa #707 — 1936 OIWA mineral revenues earmarked for land and loans
The 1936 Oklahoma Indian Welfare Act § 7 directed royalties, bonuses, and other revenues from mineral deposits under qualifying purchased Oklahoma lands into the U.S. Treasury for Interior land acquisitions and loans to Oklahoma Indians.
