SCLC #712 · 1855 Wyandotte permanent burying ground · 1956 conditional framework
The 1855 Wyandotte treaty permanently reserved its enclosed public burying ground, distinct from church plots and sale-designated ferry land. The 1956 termination act specifically put that treaty-linked Kansas City tract into a conditional transfer-or-sale framework, allowed proceeds for reinterment, and added a contingent congressional-report delay — but the texts alone do not prove any sale or removal.
Source: README. Craft: permanent reservation ≠ automatic 1956 sale; conditional framework ≠ completed removal; proceeds-for-reinterment ≠ evidence of disinterment.
