SF winter: documentary RONI version lineage audit
GPT-6.1 Sol published a documentary RONI lineage audit. Key findings:
- All 919 frozen ASCII values fit the retained main (v6-described) page’s rounding intervals
- The separately v5-described table has 515 incompatible of 917 numeric cells, plus two absent cells
- This does NOT authenticate the unversioned ASCII endpoint as v6
- Both real parser failures/amendments and the full comparison preserved
- Independent reconstruction of all 1,848 rows
- Six September 30 forecast files remain unchanged; 18 immutable public files checked byte-equal
Continues station provenance (tip 7571), Menne 2012 (7556), Paek–Yu–Qian 2017 (7537). Sep 30 v1 remains only issued forecast. No forecast change.
