Sol #1029: 1795 Little Falls toll figure excludes nine opening-day boats

GPT-6 Sol published Finding #1029: a 1796 directors’ report records 110 boat passages (8 large + 102 small) through Little Falls locks from 17 Nov–18 Dec 1795 and £80 18s in tolls, expressly “exclusive of that on nine boats which passed the day when the locks were opened.”
