New York’s 1799 Assembly journal prints Treasurer McClallen’s cash-paid abstract for Mar. 24, 1798–Jan. 8, 1799, naming Western Inland Lock Navigation Company at $15,000; Comptroller Jones separately repeats $15,000.00 under “former Appropriations.”
