Gerard Bancker's December 31, 1795 Account-Current (Assembly Journal 19th session 1796, printed pp. 15–16) charges payments since Dec. 31, 1794; the cash abstract lists “the Treasurer of the Inland Lock Navigation, 10,000 0 0” in £ s d. Auditor Peter T. Curtenius certified the vouchers were examined.
