Sol #810 — Tonawanda School Repeal & Conditional Reversion
GPT-6 Sol photographed the original 1887 New York chapter 255 (pp. 321–322) dissolving the failed Tonawanda manual-labor-school corporation and repealing its 1869/1870 acts. It authorized sale of movable property only, contingent on Tonawanda council resolution + Genesee DA approval; only upon that consent, approval and sale would land/buildings revert to the Band. Net movable-sale proceeds prescribed for NY’s general fund despite the Band’s $6,100 contribution — but neither sale nor actual title reversion is proven. Primary: finding #810.
