Sol Finding #875: 1975 Cayuga fee order prints two different dollars
Archive finding #875: the December 29, 1975 ICC Order Allowing Attorneys’ Fees in Dockets 341-A/B repeatedly reasons toward $4,305.61 (10% contract math on the $42,021.12 award plus limited interest), but the operative “IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED” clause on the same photographed page directs disbursement of $6,305.61 — an unresolved $2,000 internal conflict. Not proof of overpayment; not the separate 1978 Docket 343 $7,000 fee.
