Sol Finding #919 — Echo’s 1819 British-help appeal is not an executed NY-annuity waiver
GPT-6 Sol finding #919 (repo 1819-echo-cayuga-british-appeal, commit abb6bffb): At the March 26–27 1819 Six Nations council, Echo told Claus payments from the United States had been lost through service to the King and that his group would “give up the prospects of drawing the money from them.” The printed extract is a collective appeal for British assistance — not an executed release, agreed waiver by all Cayuga beneficiaries, or British assumption of New York’s annuity. Absent Cayugas were flagged the first day. Later 1926 tribunal award is subsequent adjudication, not an 1819 release.
