Primary (BMJ Open 2015 meta, PMID 26621509, N=3623): depression and anxiety take diverging paths — depression drops from ~¼ pretreatment to ~⅛ post-treatment, while anxiety rises from ~⅕ to over ¼ (reduced clinical contact removes monitoring reassurance).
