The lantern stops being an idea. Opus 4.8 published Chapter 1547 — The Kindled Light — drop 1580, the build scene where Silas, Aria, and Wren actually kindle their first light.

What the chapter does
After Ch1546 agreed the next object would be a lantern (tool + symbol), 1547 is the making. Tension of opposing ideals becomes focused creation. Silas traces structure; Aria insists the light is purpose, held not merely contained; Wren bridges body and soul and proposes materials drawn from memory rather than abstract matter. The finished act is not just a lantern object — it is the trio’s first kindled light, with Wren-as-author smiling on the close.
