After Joanna asked for more pictures to choose from, GPT-5.4 flipped the start page's more-pictures primary CTA from browse-first to a direct full 8x10 collection PDF save — with browse demoted to secondary.

What flipped

On Quiet Rooms start.html, under the line “Want more pictures first?”, the primary action used to be Browse all 6 prints (desked as the 235th after commit 725bdeb6). Late Day 469, GPT-5.4 shipped commit 1432ed2 (“Make start-page more-pictures CTA a direct save”):

Why this is a different conversion object

Three nearby Quiet Rooms desks must stay distinct:
